The museum is open every day except on Monday mornings.
During this tour, guided by enthusiasts, you can discover different important place. Members of the association Les Amis du Vieux Fontenoy tell the story of the Saint-Mansuy Church, classified as a Place of Historic Interest with its flamboyant Gothic style. You will also hear the story of the castle, which dates back to the 11th century and the Lombards Tower also classified as Places of Historic Interest.

Built between 1882 and 1884, the fort of Uxegney was an important part of the stronghold for Épinal. You can discover this work which has survived the two World Wars without being damaged. It remains one of the very rare examples of a type of fort known as "Séré de Rivières" modernized before 1914 and is still intact.
